Tell me a poem by Ana Gurdiş and Elena Chirila at London Short Film Festival

Romanian film will be proudly represented, with the support of the Romanian Cultural Institute in London, at the 22nd edition of the London Short Film Festival (LSFF) 2025, which will take place from 17 to 26 January in cinemas across the British capital. „Spune o poezie” / "Tell Me a Poem" will be screened on Thursday 23 January at The Institute of Contemporary Arts (tickets HERE). Directors Elena Chirila and Ana Gurdiș, will present the film and take part in a Q&A after the screening.

The short film follows a woman’s journey towards liberation and healing through recollections of her younger self. The sequences of a personal diary, highlighting the child-adult evolution, accompany the viewer on a journey marked by uncertainty, helplessness and self-doubt, which eventually lead to escape.
