Join us for a special evening celebrating Constantin Brâncuși and UNESCO's World Heritage listing of his sculptural ensemble in Târgu Jiu (1937–38) last year!
The event will see the opening of a photographic exhibition featuring rare archive images from the Constantin Brâncuși Center for Research, Documentation and Promotion in Târgu Jiu, offering a unique glimpse into the artist’s creative process. These will be mirrored by two recent photographs taken right after the UNESCO inscription by London-based photographer Alexandru Radu Popescu. With opening remarks by Dr. Adrian Tudor, Vice-Mayor of Târgu Jiu.
